Ushering in a New Era for McKeesport, Allegheny County and Western Pennsylvania

 

Please join us in celebrating the groundbreaking of PurePenn LLC’s production facility, one of the first of its kind in Pennsylvania, on Thursday, July 27th, followed by a job fair to introduce the community to available employment opportunities in the medical cannabis industry.

Where: The Groundbreaking will take place on Industry Road in the RIDC Industrial Park in McKeesport

When: 2:30 PM

PurePenn CEO Gabriel Perlow, Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald, Pennsylvania Senator Jim Brewster, and Mayor Michael Cherepko will discuss the positive economic opportunity this facility represents.

In addition, PurePenn will present a check for $50,000 to the McKeesport Community Fund.


Job Fair

The job fair will take place at McKeesport Palisades Event Center, 100 Fifth Avenue, McKeesport, PA 15132

From 4 to 7 p.m., the celebration continues for the job fair and information session.

PurePenn will offer presentations at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m.
